Vimi has grown up in one of the enclosed sanctuaries of the Virajard pirate fleet. She doesn't remember much about her biological parents and hasn't been too curious, more less accepting the idea that she was purchased by the fleet after her elemental powers attracted the genasi led fleet's attention. She's been trained in the use of her powers and has been a loyal servant of the fleet. Finally, she was placed on a ship along with a number of clueless outsider recruits that the Virajard fleets populated most of their ships with as a way to conceal which ships were theirs. After sometime she had acquired some reputation as a pirate attacking the enemies of Jakhan. Then one day, a much more ruthless and brutal crew ambushed her ship and slaughtered everyone, taking something and leaving the ship to crash into a nearby island. Vimi somehow survived only to be picked up by a crew of pirate hunters who had investigated the wreck.
